Responsibilities:

- Report to Account Executive for the following:
-Along with the Account Executive, manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts and serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their benefits plans, discuss renewals, and address any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits information and materials to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations related to employee benefits
- Assist clients with claims issues, billing inquiries, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide guidance and support to clients during open enrollment periods

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision and ancillary products.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively explain complex benefits information to clients
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate benefits solutions
- Extensive PC experience in Windows environment, MS Office, databases and internet

CBP, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package (salary commensurate with experience) including paid leave and holidays; health, dental and vision insurance; company-paid Life/AD&D, STD and LTD; and 401(k) plan. This position is Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:00 or 8:00 to 4:30 with the availability to work remotely on Fridays. Candidate must possess valid MD Health and Life license or be willing to obtain within six months (company paid).
